The bar

Fusing traditional and modern design the bar is a space filled with natural light and decorated in Tibetan furniture. The interior is a combination of low and high seating, dominated by a beautiful wooden Tibetan cabinet holding a selection of wines and liquors to make Norden’s signature cocktails. The building opens up onto verandas in both the front and the back, overlooking the rolling hills on one side and a small stream shaded by low trees on the other.

Dining

Dining at Norden takes place in the lounge, the outdoor deck, or one of three dedicated tents. In the tents and the lounge the warmth of traditional wood burning stoves offsets chilly evenings.

The Space

A secluded, 90 square meter building with wooden floors and walls of glass and upholstered yak felt, The Space is located on a bend of the river with large windows that open onto low lying trees and views of rolling hills. The Space is awash in natural light and filled with the soothing sounds of the meandering stream. A deck can be used on nice days for yoga, meditation or meetings.

The Space is available for rent by outside groups. Rates include refreshment, snacks, and a gourmet meal.
